On 10 September 2026, as part of AUTONOMY:FORUM in Kyiv, a panel discussion titled “State, Communities and Financial Institutions: Partnership for Business Continuity” will take place.
The panel will be moderated by Vladyslav Sokolovskyi, Chairman of the Board of the Solar Energy Association of Ukraine (SEAU).
The discussion will focus on practical mechanisms that help businesses and communities ensure continuity of operations amid energy challenges.
Key topics will include:
- legislation and regulation;
- energy resilience of communities;
- financing and support programmes.
The discussion will bring together:
- Olesia Mishchenko – Chair of the Board of the Decarbonization Fund of Ukraine;
