Board

The highest governing body of the Solar Energy Association of Ukraine is the Board. Today the number of board members is 6 people. Every company that has been a member of SEAU for at least 2 years, has no debts in membership fees can recommend its representative to the board of SEAU. The Board is elected at the general meeting of the Association by a simple majority of votes on a rating basis for a term of 2 years. The powers of the Board member may be terminated in exceptional cases by the decision of at least five companies on clearly defined grounds.
