The Solar Energy Association of Ukraine continues its series of practical events dedicated to tax audits.
We invite you to take part in the open meeting of the SEAU Legal Committee on the topic:
“The Tax Audit Has Ended. The Next Stage of Protection.”
The event will take place on 22 January 2026 at 11:00 in the format of a ZOOM conference. The working language is Ukrainian.
Speaker: Nataliia Kurilenko – Head of Tax Practice, auditor and attorney at Sokolovskyi & Partners Law Firm
Moderator: Ivan Balytskyi – Head of the SEAU Legal Committee
During the meeting, we will consider:
- Analysis of the audit report: how to identify violations by the tax authorities.
- Objections to the audit report: when it is appropriate to submit them, deadlines, content, and consequences.
- Appeal against a tax assessment notice (TAN): requirements, evidence, and preparation of attachments.
- Tax risks in case of procedural violations: failure to submit or receive the audit report and the TAN, missed deadlines, emergence of tax debt, seizure of assets, and enforced collection.
- Answers to participants’ questions.
Who will benefit from this event:
- Owners and managers of companies in the energy sector;
- Chief financial officers and chief accountants;
- Lawyers and tax consultants;
- Companies operating in the energy sector, including utility-scale solar power plants – anyone who has already undergone or is expecting a tax audit.
Why you should join:
After a tax audit is completed, the very first steps of legal protection are crucial. Mistakes or missed deadlines may result in additional tax assessments, tax debt, and asset blocking. During the event, you will receive a clear action plan, practical recommendations, and the opportunity to ask questions to an expert with real experience in handling tax disputes in the renewable energy sector.
Join us to take timely control of tax risks, protect your business, and avoid critical financial consequences.
