The Constitutional Court has opened proceedings to appeal the feed-in tariffs

At the request of 47 people’s deputies, the Constitutional Court opened proceedings in the case of the constitutionality of the Law on feed-in tariffs.
Deputies doubt the constitutionality of specific provisions of the Laws “On Alternative Energy Sources” and “On the Electricity Market”.
