The Law of Ukraine on Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine on Improving Conditions for Supporting Electricity Production from Alternative Energy Sources, which provides for a reduction of the “feed-in” tariff, has entered into force

In particular, the following reduction of the “green” tariff is envisaged for SPP:
-15% for SPP with a capacity of 1 MW and more, put into operation from July 1, 2015, to December 31, 2019;
-2.5% for SPP with a capacity of 1 MW and more, put into operation from January 1, 2020, to October 31, 2020;
-2.5% for SPP with a capacity of up to 1 MW, put into operation from January 1, 2020;
-30% for SPP with a capacity of 1 MW to 75 MW, put into operation from November 1, 2020, to March 31, 2021;
-60% for SPP with a capacity of 1 MW to 75 MW, put into operation from April 1, 2021;
-60% for SPP with a capacity of 75 MW, put into operation from November 1, 2020.
