On June 6 in Kyiv, as part of Solar Agro Conference 2025, Ivan Balytskyi, Head of the Legal Committee of the Solar Energy Association of Ukraine, will moderate Panel 3: “Solar Power Plant Construction: Legal and Financial Tools, Business Models, and Grant Programs.”
The panel will focus on financial instruments available to the agricultural sector, including UNDP grant programs, interest rate compensation mechanisms from the Decarbonization Fund, concessional financing for solar power plants, and the economic feasibility of investing in solar energy for agribusinesses.
The discussion will feature:
- Yulia Rybak, Head of the UNDP Green Recovery Program in Ukraine
- Olesia Mishchenko, Chair of the Board, Decarbonization Fund of Ukraine
- Mykola Alferov, Deputy Director of the Small and Medium Business Department of Ukrgasbank
