On May 6, Yurii Favorskyi, Board Member of the Solar Energy Association of Ukraine, took part in the Ukraine Reconstruction Forum held in Vienna.
The event brought together representatives from the business community, international financial institutions, and the public sector to discuss the prospects for restoring Ukraine’s energy and economic infrastructure.
The forum was organized by ADVANTAGE AUSTRIA Ukraine in cooperation with the European Commission and the Enterprise Europe Network Ukraine.
It served as a platform for companies interested in participating in reconstruction projects, particularly in the fields of renewable energy, digital technologies, and critical infrastructure. The program included B2B meetings, panel discussions, and exchanges with representatives of international financial institutions such as the World Bank, the European Investment Bank, OeEB AG, UkraineInvest, GIZ, and others.
During the forum, Yurii Favorskyi held a separate working meeting with Stefan Kanya, Director of Business Development at AVL List GmbH in Central and Eastern Europe, where they discussed potential areas of cooperation in reconstruction projects with a focus on green energy.
SEAU continues to actively engage in international initiatives aimed at Ukraine’s sustainable recovery, promoting the interests of the Ukrainian solar energy sector and strengthening partnerships with international stakeholders.
