Discussion topics: Since October 2025, JSC “Market Operator” has been conducting testing of its proprietary IT platform for the economic dispatch of energy storage facilities (EDP).
The platform is designed to enable energy storage systems (ESS) to participate in arbitrage operations on the Day-Ahead Market (DAM) and the Intraday Market (IDM).
The platform enables the submission of bids to the DAM/IDM, allows for modelling the operation of energy storage systems based on the results of trading on the DAM/IDM, and will serve as a useful tool for those who have already begun operating energy storage systems.
During the meeting, the expert will present the current status of platform testing, share practical insights from its implementation, and answer participants’ questions regarding the next steps for deployment.
