The Global Solar Council, a member of which is the Solar Energy Association of Ukraine, is organizing #GSCVirtualForum on July 8-9.
Through a series of thematic and matchmaking sessions, International institutions, industry associations and other stakeholders of the solar sector cooperate to analyze the integrated actions needed to take up #solar PV’s unique opportunity to power a #green recovery, accelerate decarbonization trajectories and enable progress towards the Sustainable Development Goals.
The event has a special focus on Sub-Saharan #Africa and the role solar power can play in addressing the issue of access to power, deploying clean #energy at all scales, and providing a critical assist for more democratic development governance. This session is organized in cooperation with @SolarPower Europe, and supported by GET.invest, a European program that mobilizes investments in decentralized renewable energy, supported by the European Union, Germany, Sweden, the Netherlands, and Austria.
