Vladyslav Sokolovskyi, Chairman of the Solar Energy Association of Ukraine (SEAU), will moderate the first panel of the international Solar & BESS Invest Forum UA, which will take place on November 14, 2025, in Warsaw (Expo XXI, Genesis Conference Hall).
The event will be held as part of the international energy conference ReBuild Ukraine Energy – 2025, under the patronage of the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine, supported by the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, and in partnership with the European Commission.
Panel 1 – “Current State and Investment Prospects for Solar Energy and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) in Ukraine” – will be one of the Forum’s key analytical sessions, focusing on real market trends, state policy in the renewable energy sector, and opportunities for international investors.

- how to align the interests of the state, investors, and businesses for sustainable renewable energy growth;
- legislative initiatives shaping Ukraine’s new energy market architecture;
- the role of international partnerships in modernizing the energy infrastructure.
The Forum will serve as a platform where Ukrainian and European experts will seek joint solutions for the development of a modern energy system — from stimulating investments in solar plants and BESS to building a new model of energy security.
