Ukraine and Poland: Joint Solutions for a Common Future

The Solar Energy Association of Ukraine, as an information partner, invites the Ukrainian solar business to the COMMON FUTURE Congress on Cooperation with Ukraine.

On September 22–23 in Poznań, the COMMON FUTURE Congress on Cooperation with Ukraine will take place for the third time — an event that has become a strategic platform for building partnerships, making investment decisions, and fostering interstate cooperation.

This year, the Congress gains special importance: it will serve as a platform to discuss the outcomes of the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2025, held in Rome on July 10–11, and to develop practical solutions with the participation of governments, local authorities, international organizations, businesses, and civil society.

With more than 20 debates, an exhibition area, networking sessions, and B2B meetings, the 2025 program will focus on four strategic areas:

  • Business and Investment
  • Regions and Local Communities
  • Europe and Integration
  • Society and Cooperation

It is not only about dialogue, but also about concrete opportunities: participation in reconstruction projects, creation of logistics solutions, attracting financing, and building sustainable partnerships.

An international perspective and Poland’s role

“Poland has the potential to become an important business hub, connecting companies planning expansion to the East with those aiming to grow in the West. This year’s COMMON FUTURE Congress on Cooperation with Ukraine will be an ideal space to discuss such investments and to build strategic partnerships,” emphasizes Tomasz Kobierski, President of Grupa MTP.

This is confirmed by facts: following previous Congresses, significant agreements were signed between Ukrainian and Polish financial institutions.

According to the National Bank of Ukraine, in 2024 Poland ranked among the top 10 investor countries in Ukraine across several sectors. This is a clear signal to Ukrainian business: Poland is not just a neighbor, but a strategic partner that understands the realities, logistics, and needs of Ukraine’s recovery.

From local governance to a global context
Among participants are representatives of governments, local authorities, businesses, and international organizations. Particular attention is paid to local-level cooperation, as Ukrainian communities will be the beneficiaries of European and international funds.

Key topics will also include transport infrastructure, modernization of the labor market, the role of civil society organizations, and the integration of Ukrainians in Europe. Security, the European market, and shared responsibility will remain at the center of discussions.
