The Solar Energy Association of Ukraine (SEAU), in cooperation with NTU “KhPI”, has launched a new feature on the Installer Directory website – the “Job Fair” platform.
This online tool is designed to serve as a permanent bridge between graduates of training programs and installation companies listed in SEAU’s directory.
Vladyslav Sokolovskyi, Chairman of SEAU: “We receive clear feedback from our members – installation companies, of which there are more than 50 in the Association’s directory: there is a lack of skilled workers in the market. At the same time, in 2024 alone, at least 800 MW of new solar capacity was installed in Ukraine, mostly for businesses and households. This segment is growing rapidly, and demand for qualified installers continues to rise.”
The Job Fair platform, as part of the Solar Installer Directory, provides the following opportunities:
- For installation companies registered in the Directory – to browse graduate profiles and resumes.
- For graduates – to submit their information through a dedicated form that includes their specialization, experience, readiness to relocate, and more.
In the future, the platform will expand beyond installers to include other key solar energy professions.
Vladyslav Sokolovskyi adds: “We plan to scale this project, engage other educational institutions and training companies, and gradually form a unified HR hub for Ukraine’s solar energy sector.”
Please note: the Job Fair platform is available only to companies registered in the Installer Directory. To access the platform, companies must log in to their personal account.
The Job Fair platform, like the Installer Directory itself, is a free and non-commercial initiative by SEAU.

Background: In February 2025, the Solar Energy Association of Ukraine signed a memorandum of cooperation with NTU “KhPI”, outlining mutual support within joint projects and events, as well as cooperation in energy innovation, scientific research, and educational initiatives. SEAU is also an information partner of the “EcoSkill” educational project implemented at the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”.
