The Solar Energy Association of Ukraine (SEAU) invites you to join the 6th Energy Law Conference, which will take place on 24 July 2026 in Kyiv, Ukraine.

The conference will traditionally bring together representatives of government authorities, the energy sector, the legal community, investors, and international partners to discuss the key challenges and future prospects of Ukraine’s energy sector.
As part of the conference programme, Vladyslav Sokolovskyi, Chairman of the Board of the Solar Energy Association of Ukraine, will conduct a special interview with Artem Nekrasov, First Deputy Minister of Energy of Ukraine, on the current state of Ukraine’s energy sector, as well as its recovery and future development.
In addition, Mr. Sokolovskyi will moderate the conference’s first session dedicated to the current challenges facing the electricity market: “Electricity Market: New Rules, Litigation, and Integration with the European Union.”
The conference programme will cover a wide range of key topics related to the development of Ukraine’s energy sector, including market coupling, renewable energy auctions, aggregation, distributed generation, microgrid solutions, transformation of the natural gas market, biomethane development, Public Service Obligation (PSO) mechanisms, judicial practice, and legal instruments for recovering damages caused to energy infrastructure.
The conference will serve as a professional platform for discussing new energy market regulations, legislative developments, legal aspects of implementing energy projects, and mechanisms for protecting business interests during the ongoing transformation of Ukraine’s energy sector.
