The Solar Energy Association of Ukraine invites business representatives and market participants to a closed meeting of the SEAU Legal Committee on the topic: “Transfers to Cyprus, the United Kingdom, Austria, and the Netherlands: How to Avoid Losing Tax Benefits”.
The meeting will take place on 25 June 2026 at 11:00 AM (Kyiv time) in Zoom format. The working language of the event is Ukrainian.
The meeting will be moderated by Ivan Balytskyi, Chairman of the SEAU Legal Committee.
Speaker: Nataliia Kurilenko – Head of Tax Practice at Sokolovskyi & Partners, Auditor, and Attorney-at-Law.

- 2026 as a turning point: new realities of tax control over cross-border payments of dividends, interest, and royalties;
- How to avoid the increased 15% withholding tax rate and 25% penalties;
