The Solar Energy Association of Ukraine (SEAU) has taken part in a study focused on the effectiveness of decarbonization financing programs for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), particularly through the deployment of solar power plants (PV systems).
The research is conducted by the state-owned enterprise “Ukrpromzovnishexpertyza” with the support of the European Climate Foundation (ECF) and is part of a broader initiative aimed at promoting renewable energy sources and reducing the carbon footprint in Ukraine’s economy.
SEAU experts provided analytical and advisory support during the assessment of practical financing mechanisms for SMEs looking to install PV systems, and also contributed insights on the development of distributed generation and current market trends.
This research continues SEAU’s systematic cooperation with partners to support Ukraine’s climate goals and increase the share of renewable energy in the national energy mix.
The results of the study will be presented following the completion of the analytical phase.
The Solar Energy Association of Ukraine sincerely thanks international partners for their fruitful cooperation and unwavering support of Ukraine during these challenging times.
