On 14 November in Warsaw, within the framework of the international exhibition ReBuild Ukraine 2025, the Solar Energy Association of Ukraine (SEAU) signed a Partnership Memorandum with the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine (CBU).
The document was signed by SEAU Chairman of the Board Vladyslav Sokolovskyi and CBU President Lev Partskhaladze.
This partnership aims to unite the efforts of two powerful sectors to build a modern, safe and energy-efficient country – specifically, to ensure the rapid and high-quality reconstruction of Ukraine’s infrastructure destroyed by Russian aggression, as well as to support the development of both the construction sector and the solar energy industry.
The parties agreed to cooperate in attracting international and domestic partners to implement projects, introducing innovative technologies and materials, and promoting renewable energy–based solutions.
A dedicated area of joint work will focus on increasing transparency in the construction and energy sectors, supporting the establishment of high standards of accountability to investors and clients, and advancing the professional competencies of employees in both industries.
SEAU and CBU also agreed on regular information exchange, participation in joint events, coordination during the development of legislative initiatives, and, when necessary, the creation of working groups to address specific areas of cooperation.
Vladyslav Sokolovskyi: “This partnership is an important step toward uniting the efforts of two strong industries for the reconstruction of Ukraine. Together with the CBU, we can lay the foundation not only for new buildings, but for a new, strong, and energy-independent state. A great deal of joint work lies ahead—and we are confident it will open even more opportunities for the country’s transformation”.
The Solar Energy Association of Ukraine is confident that cooperation with CBU will become an important step toward rebuilding an energy-efficient and resilient infrastructure, while the synergy of expertise from both industries will accelerate the deployment of renewable energy and next-generation technologies in Ukraine’s post-war recovery.
