On April 28 in Warsaw, SEAU partner Huawei Ukraine and SEAU member company SOLARsk signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to expand cooperation in the field of solar energy and battery energy storage systems (BESS).
According to the companies, the partnership provides for scaling up joint projects with a projected deployment volume of up to 300 MWh of BESS in 2026. Already today, within the framework of the cooperation, Huawei is supplying 90 MWh of energy storage systems for SOLARsk projects.
The key areas of cooperation include:
- deployment of Huawei FusionSolar solutions;
- implementation of utility-scale solar and BESS projects;
- development of technical and commercial expertise;
- acceleration of modern energy infrastructure development in Ukraine.
The synergy of Huawei’s technological solutions and SOLARsk’s engineering expertise creates the conditions for accelerating the implementation of complex energy projects and improving the efficiency of clients’ infrastructure.
As noted by SOLARsk Group CEO Yevhen Yaremenko:
