Chairman of the Board of the Solar Energy Association of Ukraine, Vladyslav Sokolovskyi, who is also a member of the Board of the Public Union Global 100% RE Ukraine, took part in an open meeting of the Union’s Board.
During the meeting, members of the Global 100% RE Ukraine Board discussed new formats of cooperation, strengthening synergy between associations, and scaling activities to the European level.
Participants identified key directions for the community’s development — from attracting new members to creating effective cooperation platforms that unite business, the public sector, and government institutions to accelerate the transition to renewable energy.
Special attention was paid to the role of associations in shaping a sustainable energy ecosystem.
Global 100% RE Ukraine plans to expand its educational and communication mission by working more actively with businesses, local communities, and government bodies to promote innovation, attract investment, and create the conditions for systemic energy transformation.
“It is extremely important today for Ukrainian energy associations to act as one united front. When we combine knowledge, experience, and resources, we not only develop renewable energy — we build trust in Ukraine as a reliable partner within the European energy space,” said Vladyslav Sokolovskyi, Chairman of the Solar Energy Association of Ukraine (SEAU).
Among the priorities discussed was the development of regional cooperation. In the near future, Global 100% RE Ukraine will launch a series of events in local communities dedicated to practical cases of renewable energy implementation, financial support mechanisms, and cooperation experiences with installers.
The next step is international expansion. The first international event is planned for this year, followed by a series of European activities in 2026 aimed at presenting Ukrainian energy solutions, companies, and projects on the global stage.
“We have much to show the world — Ukraine’s energy community has not only endured during the war but continues to create innovative solutions. Now is the time to showcase them at the European level,” emphasized Mr. Sokolovskyi.
