On December 5, 2024, the Solar Energy Association of Ukraine (SEAU) will hold an open meeting of the Legal Committee “What can market participants expect in 2025? Legislative changes”.
The session will be moderated by Ivan Balytskyi, Head of SEAU’s Legal Committee and an expert in energy law.
Key topics to be discussed include:
- Analysis of draft laws №11301-d and №11392.
- Ban on forced debt recovery from the Guaranteed Buyer and Universal Service Providers.
- Simplification of grid connections for renewable energy installations and capacity reservations.
- Expanding opportunities for “active consumers.”
- Open discussion of questions and proposals from participants.
The meeting will occur in a ZOOM format from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM Kyiv time.
