The Committee on the Operation of Electricity Markets prepares proposals in the interests of the solar industry regarding the operation of the electricity market, the ancillary services market, and the implementation of energy storage systems.

Committee Chair: Volodymyr Yevdokimov – electricity market expert and researcher in the field of energy systems modelling; Deputy Director for Research at the H.Ye. Pukhov Institute for Modelling in Energy Engineering (https://ipme.kiev.ua/direkciya/). From 2019 to 2021, he served as Head of the Market Operator, and from 2014 to 2016 he was a Member of the National Commission for State Regulation of Energy and Utilities (NEURC).
