The Solar Energy Association of Ukrainian (SEAU) and the Polish Photovoltaic Industry Association SBF Polska PV have joined forces to discuss strategic steps in the solar energy sector and cooperation between our associations.
On April 11th, the Chairman of the SEAU Board, Vladyslav Sokolovskyi, and the Director of SEAU, Oleksandr Kisilov, held a successful online meeting with representatives of SBF Polska PV.
During the discussion, representatives of Polish energy companies talked about the peculiarities of their legislation, problems and pitfalls they have encountered in deploying decentralized energy systems. They also shared solutions that could be beneficial to the Ukrainian energy community.
During the conversation, Oleksandr Kisilov, Director of SEAU, noted:
“The Ukrainian renewable energy sector has accumulated significant experience in building solar power plants in Ukraine. Ukrainian manufacturers continue to supply equipment for the construction of solar stations, so our task is to support such companies. At the same time, we are grateful to the Polish people for the real assistance that the Ukrainian people receive in such a difficult wartime.”
