METSYS LLC specializes in the production of complete metal mounting systems for photovoltaic modules for utility-scale ground-mounted, rooftop and other types of solar power plants.
The company focuses on engineering, manufacturing, system configuration and supply of mounting structures, without acting as an EPC contractor.
The company was founded in 2023 and today operates a manufacturing facility of approximately 7,000 m² in Brovary, Kyiv region.
Its core business is the production of steel and aluminum mounting systems for solar power plants. METSYS has its own design bureau, develops both standard and customized structures, performs engineering calculations and provides engineering support throughout projects.
The production capacity allows the company to manufacture more than 1,500 tonnes of steel profiles, 60 tonnes of aluminum components and 30 tonnes of fastening hardware per month, as well as more than 300 tonnes of adjustable ballast systems.
An important advantage of the company is its substantial stock of raw materials — more than 3,000 tonnes of S350GD +Z350 structural steel coils and more than 1,000 tonnes of DX51D +Z275, enabling METSYS to promptly supply large-scale projects.
METSYS LLC focuses on utility-scale ground-mounted solar power plants and large-volume supplies. The company can supply up to 20 tonnes of products per day to a single customer and, when required, organize peak shipments of up to 40–60 tonnes per day.
METSYS products and manufacturing processes are certified in accordance with EN 1090-1, EN 1090-2, EN 1090-4 and ISO 9001.
