\n-2.5% for SPP with a capacity of up to 1 MW, put into operation from January 1, 2020;
\n-30% for SPP with a capacity of 1 MW to 75 MW, put into operation from November 1, 2020, to March 31, 2021;
\n-60% for SPP with a capacity of 1 MW to 75 MW, put into operation from April 1, 2021;
