<\/span><b>\u201cAgrivoltaics in Ukraine: Legal Framework, Research Base and Pilot Projects.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>6 October 2026<\/b><\/li>\n<li 2026\u20132027<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and outline key steps towards creating the conditions for the development of agrivoltaics in Ukraine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Key topics for discussion:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Legal framework for agrivoltaics.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Ukrainian legislation currently does not define the concept of \u201cagrivoltaics\u201d or establish a legal framework that would allow agricultural crops to be grown and electricity to be generated simultaneously on the same land plot.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>European experience<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in regulating dual land use and opportunities for its application in Ukraine.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Legislative proposals<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and the Committee\u2019s position on the relevant draft legislation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Research base and pilot projects<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 the concept of establishing a network of pilot sites to study agrivoltaic technologies under Ukrainian conditions.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Following the meeting, participants are expected to <\/span><b>define the Committee\u2019s next steps and approve a plan for developing legislative proposals<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span
