As of 2026, 81 businesses and organizations have already joined the Initiative.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For SEAU, joining the UEI provides an opportunity to strengthen cooperation with representatives of the energy business, government institutions, and international partners on <\/span><b>the energy transition, renewable energy development, decentralization, investment attraction, and the modernization of Ukraine\u2019s energy infrastructure<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Key principles of partnership within the Initiative include:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">open exchange and consolidation of business expertise while maintaining competitive relationships among participants;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cooperation with international and Ukrainian companies and organizations to combine local expertise with global experience;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">supporting the changes needed in Ukraine to accelerate the <\/span><b>energy transition<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">developing new decarbonization roadmaps and promoting the development of sustainable industries;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">supporting inclusivity and gender equality in recovery and energy transition processes;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">accelerating capital mobilization and the implementation of new energy projects.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For SEAU, joining the <\/span><b>Ukraine Energy Initiative<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is an important step towards strengthening professional and cross-sector cooperation aimed at the recovery and transformation of Ukraine\u2019s energy sector.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cToday, Ukraine faces the task not simply of restoring damaged energy infrastructure, but of building a more resilient, decentralized, and modern energy system. We are convinced that bringing together the expertise of businesses, government, and international partners, developing renewable energy and energy storage systems, attracting investment, and working jointly on the necessary regulatory changes will help accelerate this process.
