The auction announcements were published on August 21.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This year\u2019s auction model provides for separate quotas for conventional solar power plants and for projects combining <\/span><b>solar PV plants with energy storage systems (ESS)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Auction for Solar PV<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Date and time:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> September 25, 2026, 12:40<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Quota volume:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 50 MW<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Maximum bid price:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u20ac0.08 per kWh<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Auction for Solar PV + ESS<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Date and time:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> September 25, 2026, 12:00<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Quota volume:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 100 MW<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Maximum bid price:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u20ac0.12 per kWh<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Participation in the PV + ESS auction is subject to additional requirements for the energy storage system. <\/span><b>The ESS power capacity must be at least 80% of the installed capacity of the generating units, while its energy capacity must be at least 2 kWh per each kW of installed solar PV capacity.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At the same time, support for such projects will be provided only during specified time intervals \u2013 <\/span><b>from 00:00 to 11:59 and from 14:00 to 23:59<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. No market premium will be paid during the period from 12:00 to 13:59.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The auctions provide for the allocation of quotas for facilities located in the <\/span><b>Dnipropetrovsk, Zhytomyr, Zaporizhzhia, Kyiv, Kirovohrad, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Poltava, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kherson, Cherkasy and Chernihiv regions, as well as the city of Kyiv<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At the same time, these restrictions do not apply to areas of active hostilities and temporarily occupied territories for which no end date of hostilities or temporary occupation has been determined.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Both auctions will be held through the electronic trading system of <\/span><b>JSC \u201cProzorro.Sale\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, using the services of authorized electronic marketplaces.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SEAU has already discussed the new rules for \u201cgreen\u201d auctions.
