The Solar Energy Association of Ukraine held an open meeting of the Committee on Digitalization and Protection of Intellectual Property Rights, focusing on one of the key issues for businesses \u2013 professional counterparty analysis and cooperation risk management.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n
On November 25, an event titled <\/span>\u201cProfessional Counterparty Due Diligence: Practical Tools and Real Cases\u201d<\/b> was held on the SEAU platform.<\/span><\/p>\n The speaker was <\/span>Vita Fanasiuk<\/b>, Project Manager at YouControl, and the moderator was <\/span>Ihor Shevchenko<\/b>, Chairman of the SEAU Committee.<\/span><\/p>\n Participants received practical recommendations on how to effectively verify legal entities and individuals, work with open data, and use modern analytics and monitoring tools.<\/span><\/p>\n Vita Fanasiuk emphasized that YouControl\u2019s mission is to build an open and transparent business environment: <\/span><\/p>\n \u201cOpen data is a great power. However, working with it is not easy: information is fragmented, a significant portion of historical data is unavailable, and searching takes a lot of time. That is why the YouControl system was created \u2014 to simplify counterparty due diligence for businesses and help them make well-informed decisions\u201d.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n During the practical session, participants became familiar with an algorithm for verifying legal entities based on <\/span>600 analytical factors<\/b> and <\/span>NBU methodologies<\/b>, and also received examples of typical risks and anomalies to pay attention to when cooperating with counterparties.<\/span><\/p>\n In particular, the webinar demonstrated the functionality of the platform\u2019s key services:<\/span><\/p>\n Participants also learned about typical risks most often identified during partner analysis, including license anomalies, inconsistencies in business activities, suspicious connections, changes in company history, court proceedings, and more.<\/span><\/p>\n SEAU thanks <\/span>YouControl<\/b> for the informative presentation and for supporting the development of a transparent and secure business ecosystem in Ukraine.<\/span><\/p>\n Members of the Solar Energy Association of Ukraine will be able to explore the capabilities of the YouControl system in more detail in the upcoming issue of the <\/span>Solar Digest<\/b>, which will include a recording of the meeting and the expert\u2019s presentation.<\/span><\/p>\n We remind that <\/span>SEAU members and participants registered for the meeting<\/b> may receive a pleasant bonus from YouControl.
