{"id":20965,"date":"2025-12-01T17:56:43","date_gmt":"2025-12-01T15:56:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aseu.org.ua\/?p=20965"},"modified":"2025-12-01T17:56:43","modified_gmt":"2025-12-01T15:56:43","slug":"the-solar-energy-association-of-ukraine-celebrates-8-years","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aseu.org.ua\/en\/the-solar-energy-association-of-ukraine-celebrates-8-years\/","title":{"rendered":"The Solar Energy Association of Ukraine Celebrates 8 Years!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Dear members of the Solar Energy Association of Ukraine, colleagues, and friends!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On November 30, we celebrate the founding day of SEAU \u2014 the day our community was born, uniting people and companies that work together to build an energy-independent, sustainable, and environmentally friendly energy system for Ukraine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This year, we achieved many important milestones together \u2014 all made possible thanks to your energy, professionalism, and dedication to our shared mission:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>19 new members<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> joined SEAU, bringing fresh ideas and inspiration.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We held <\/span><b>30+ online events<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2014 webinars and committee meetings where new projects and partnerships emerged.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SEAU representatives took part in <\/span><b>20+ offline forums and conferences<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, presenting Ukraine\u2019s solar energy sector, including internationally.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Together with partners, SEAU organized <\/span><b>9 offline events<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dedicated to the development of the solar energy and BESS sectors.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our experts provided <\/span><b>23 professional comments<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for industry and national media.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>4 Memorandums of Cooperation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> were signed.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We launched the <\/span><b>Job Fair<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> service together with educational partners on the Installers Catalogue website.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">SEAU joined the European <\/span><b>RETRIEVE (Horizon Europe)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> project on photovoltaic panel reuse.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We created <\/span><b>2 new committees<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Electricity Market Operations Committee and Energy Storage Systems Committee) and renewed the leadership of the Investment Committee and the Home PV Systems Committee.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We actively promoted legislative initiatives supporting green energy development. Independently and jointly with other RES associations, SEAU submitted <\/span><b>17 letters<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to the Cabinet of Ministers, the Ministry of Energy, the Ministry of Finance, the NEURC, parliamentary committees, and other state bodies. SEAU representatives participated in <\/span><b>29 meetings<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of ministerial and agency working groups, defending the interests of our members and the entire RES sector.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To support our shared victory, SEAU transferred <\/span><b>400,000 UAH<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to the 40th Separate Artillery Brigade named after Grand Duke Vytautas.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We sincerely thank you \u2014 our members \u2014 for your trust, activity, bold initiatives, and daily inspiration.
