As of July 2025, the debt of Ukrenergo to the Guaranteed Buyer amounted to approximately <\/span><b>UAH 15.3 billion<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, while the total debt to renewable energy producers reached around <\/span><b>UAH 22 billion<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, with at least <\/span><b>80% of this amount attributed to solar generation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The expert emphasized that the market situation is gradually stabilizing thanks to the adoption of <\/span><b>Law No. 4213-IX<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, which allocated <\/span><b>UAH 10.7 billion<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for debt repayment: <\/span><b>45%<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to the balancing market, <\/span><b>45%<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to the Guaranteed Buyer, and <\/span><b>10%<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to owners of household solar power plants.
