Training from practitioners with many years of experience allows students to gain applied knowledge that enhances their expertise and competitiveness in the market. The company\u2019s participation in the \u201cJob Fair\u201d further strengthens the initiative by combining high-quality training with real employment opportunities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The \u201cJob Fair\u201d platform was created as a permanent tool to connect graduates of training programs with installer companies registered in the SEAU catalogue.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It provides opportunities for:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Companies<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 to view profiles and CVs of course graduates;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Graduates<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 to submit their information (specialization, experience, readiness to relocate, etc.).<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Installer Catalogue and \u201cJob Fair\u201d platform are free, non-commercial SEAU initiatives.
