SEF 2025 is more than an event—it is a space where breakthrough technologies, capital, and political will come together to shape the future. We are creating the conditions for recovery to transform into scale and for partnerships to evolve into systemic solutions. Ukraine is becoming a launchpad for pilot breakthrough solutions that can later be scaled globally—and we are ready to support this process through both investment and ecosystem synergy.”

Over three years of war have underscored the critical importance of distributed generation and autonomous energy clusters in supporting not only homes but also hospitals, schools, public services, and industrial enterprises.
