It was held within the framework of the <strong>SEF 2025 Kyiv Sustainable Energy Forum<\/strong>, organized by <strong>Ibcentre<\/strong> with the <strong>Solar Energy Association of Ukraine (SEAU) as the general partner<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"639\" data-end=\"1061\">The CISOLAR platform traditionally serves as a hub for meaningful discussions, new partnerships, and the exploration of solutions to ensure Ukraine\u2019s energy security. This year\u2019s conference program was rich and covered all current areas of renewable energy development, including microgrids, energy system management innovations, investment attraction, overcoming institutional barriers, and digital energy transformation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1063\" data-end=\"1087\">SEAU was represented by:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1088\" data-end=\"1392\">\n<li data-start=\"1088\" data-end=\"1174\">\n<p data-start=\"1090\" data-end=\"1174\"><strong>Vladyslav Sokolovskyi<\/strong>, SEAU Chairman of the Board, who spoke in the opening session;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1175\" data-end=\"1281\">\n<p data-start=\"1177\" data-end=\"1281\"><strong>Ivan Balytskyi<\/strong>, Head of SEAU\u2019s Legal Committee, who moderated the panel on renewable energy investments;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1282\" data-end=\"1392\">\n<p data-start=\"1284\" data-end=\"1392\"><strong>Yuriy Favorskyi<\/strong>, SEAU Board Member, who moderated the session on innovative technologies and digital energy.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1394\" data-end=\"2091\">The first session, titled \u201cUkraine\u2019s Energy Resilience \u2013 Challenges, Legislation, Technologies,\u201d explored the role of state enterprises in transforming the energy market, strategic energy policy priorities, decentralized generation, microgrids, and institutional barriers to innovation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1394\" data-end=\"2091\">Vladyslav Sokolovskyi joined the discussion alongside <strong>Yuliya Daviy<\/strong> (Sustainable Innovation Council), <strong>Artem Nekrasov<\/strong> (State Enterprise \u201cGuaranteed Buyer\u201d), <strong>Oleksandr Havva<\/strong> (Market Operator JSC), <strong>Olha Buslavets<\/strong> (former Minister of Energy of Ukraine), and <strong>Nadiya Petrochenko<\/strong> (SPP Development Ukraine). The panel was moderated by <strong>Oleh Havrysh<\/strong>, Chief Advisor to the Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"2093\" data-end=\"2493\">Vladyslav Sokolovskyi emphasized: \u201cAgri-voltaics, self-consumption PV systems, and energy storage are not just technologies \u2014 they are real answers to the challenges of energy security. Improved legislation, the elimination of VAT and import duties, and falling technology costs are making energy independence and savings achievable for every business and community. The sun is already paying the bills!\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"2495\" data-end=\"2908\">The second session focused on investment in renewable energy projects, including mechanisms for financing, the role of state banks, corporate support, new financial tools, and green banking. The panel, <strong>moderated by Ivan Balytskyi<\/strong> (SEAU), featured contributions from <strong>Oleksii Savin<\/strong> (Ukrgasbank), <strong>Olesia Mishchenko<\/strong> (Ukrainian Decarbonization Fund), <strong>Yevhen Myachin<\/strong> (Oschadbank), and <strong>Kseniia Kovalenko<\/strong> (Rayton Sun UA).<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"2910\" data-end=\"3198\">Ivan Balytskyi noted: \u201cThe adoption of the Law on Green Transformation ends the era of fixed feed-in tariffs for industrial PV. Investors now have new market-based tools: net billing, self-consumption, wholesale market sales, and green auctions \u2014 opening the door for strategic capital\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"3200\" data-end=\"3682\">The third session, \u201cImplementation and Management of Renewable Energy Projects in Ukraine\u2019s Realities,\u201d addressed topics such as financing, logistics, decentralized management, and the role of communities. Speakers included <strong>Oleksii Onipko<\/strong> (Onipko Energy), <strong>Oleksandr Kysilov<\/strong> (ECU), <strong>Valerii Bezus<\/strong> (Energy Club), <strong>Serhii Kosharyk<\/strong> (Association of Energy Efficient Cities of Ukraine), and <strong>Iryna Bryk<\/strong> (ISO Company). The session was moderated by <strong>Roman Zinchenko<\/strong>, co-founder of Greencubator.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3684\" data-end=\"4061\">The final session, \u201cTechnologies, Digital Energy, and Innovations,\u201d covered topics such as AI\/ML in energy forecasting and management, digital transformation, smart metering, and next-gen energy system architectures. It was moderated by <strong>Yuriy Favorskyi<\/strong> (SEAU), with speakers including <strong>Oleksandr Simonov<\/strong> (Odeskabel), <strong>Maksym Babaiev<\/strong> (VITAGRO), and <strong>Roman Zinchenko<\/strong> (Greencubator).<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"4063\" data-end=\"4244\">Yuriy Favorskyi emphasized: \u201cDigital energy is not the future \u2014 it\u2019s a current necessity. Innovation is the key to efficiency, transparency, and adaptability of our energy systems\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p data-start=\"4246\" data-end=\"4404\">The first day concluded with the <strong>CISOLAR AWARDS<\/strong> ceremony, traditionally recognizing the best projects, solutions, and technologies in the solar energy sector.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4406\" data-end=\"4806\">On June 26, the events <strong>GREEN BATTERY 2025<\/strong> and <strong>Energy REBUILD 2025<\/strong> were held.<br data-start=\"4482\" data-end=\"4485\" \/>At GREEN BATTERY, discussions focused on cutting-edge energy storage and autonomous systems, featuring speakers such as <strong>Yuliia Usenko<\/strong> (SDIA), <strong>Andrii Konechenkov<\/strong> (UWEA), <strong>Klavdiia Yatsyshyna<\/strong> (UN Global Compact), <strong>Oleksii Sinitsyn<\/strong> (Unisolar), and <strong>Oleksii Prystaia<\/strong> (Bioenergy Technologies), with <strong>moderation by Yuriy Favorskyi<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4808\" data-end=\"5221\">The final roundtable of Energy REBUILD focused on strategies for rebuilding the energy infrastructure, digitalization, decentralization, cybersecurity, and the role of international partnerships. Speakers included <strong>Dmytro Lukomskyi<\/strong> (Avenston), <strong>Heorhii Heletukha<\/strong> (UABIO), <strong>Nadiya Vasylyeva<\/strong> (Digital Transformation Institute), and <strong>Vitalii Gordon<\/strong> (Sun Energy Group), <strong>moderated by Alina Sevastsiuk<\/strong> (VisionFund Ukraine).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5223\" data-end=\"5531\"><strong data-start=\"5223\" data-end=\"5531\">The Solar Energy Association of Ukraine expresses its sincere gratitude to the organizers, participants, and partners for delivering such a high-level event.
