The Solar Energy Association of Ukraine has sent a letter to the Chairman of the National Commission for Energy Regulation: the formula for imbalances for RES producers does not comply with the law and should be revised.<\/p>\n

  1. In the letter ASEU draws attention to the shortcomings of the current formula for calculating imbalances, in order to avoid the improper functioning of the electricity market of Ukraine, asks:
    \nTo check the calculations of the fee for imbalances for February, March, April 2021.<\/li>\n
  2. To the Guaranteed Buyer, justify the value of the Relations for February, March, April 2021 and suggest ways to reduce costs and resolve imbalances.<\/li>\n
  3. Provide clarification to the National Commission on the rules for the distribution of the general imbalance of the balancing group of\u00a0 “Guaranteed Buyer”.<\/li>\n
